Sunlight house is a grade II listed building in Manchester city centre. Ardmac were brought on board to undergo extensive works to the building, including remodelling the reception area and multiple floors.

We were brought in to capture their hard work renovating one of the floors. This included showcasing the parquet flooring renovation, which had been covered over for many years.

Later in 2019, Sunlight House received a Commercial Refurbishment of the Year award at the Insider Northwest Property awards.
